HORS D'OEURVES COCKTAIL HOUR SAMPLE MENU WINTER/SPRING 2022

FRESH CRUDITÉS. Assorted fresh, in season vegetables + house-made dips. gf, can be vegan.

VERMONT CHEESE PLATTER. Various selection of local farm cheeses with local honey comb and gluten-free crackers. gf, vegetarian.

ROASTED CAULIFLOWER + FINGERLING POTATOES. Oven-roasted cauliflower florets and fingerling potatoes with a house-made tahini dip. gf, vegan.

MINI WHITE BEAN SPINACH CAKES. White bean, spinach, onion, and rice-filled patty with a rich basil tomato sauce and balsamic drizzle. gf, vegan.

MINI CRAB CAKES. Our famous maine and red crab meat cakes. Lightly breadded and served with an orange-pesto butter sauce. 

MINI VEAL MEATLOAF. Veal meatloaf served with melted local bleu cheese and chef david's signature chipotle bbq sauce. 

THAI GRILLED SHRIMP. Sautéed shrimp in a sesame, tamari, and rice wine vinaigrette, served with fresh pineapple salsa. gf.

SESAME CHICKEN SKEWERS. Marinated chicken cubes in a sesame-soy vinaigrette, sautéed and oven-roasted with sesame seeds. gf.

BEEF CROSTINIS. Shaved beef ternderloin on toasted crostinis, served with a dollop of our house-made horseradish sauce.

GARLIC TOMATO TOAST. Freshly-baked focaccia, garlic aioli, tomato, and asiago toasted and topped with balsamic drizzle. vegetarian.

MINI BROCCOLI + CHEDDAR QUICHE. Warm, bite-sized broccoli and local cheddar quiches. vegetarian, can be gf.
